Best restaurant in Connecticut. Food is tasty and generous. Seafood is fresh, drinks are good. The personal is amazing, polite. The owner is the best. It was a great experience tonight. Definitely will come back.
Went to late lunch here with a girlfriend. Such a pleasant experience. Our server couldn't have been nicer or better informed. Bailey was her name and she deserves all the praise! From getting our drinks to our deserts, she was right on it. And the food ...... everything was delicious. I can't wait to go back!!
Blasius Chevrolet treated my wife and me to lunch at Brass City Bistro while our car was being prepared. This place is now one of my top picks in Waterbury for both lunch and dinner. Our waitress, Ashley, was fantastic—she recommended some great drinks and checked on us regularly. The food was amazing, with portions so generous that even the appetizers felt like entrees. We’ve found a new favorite spot and will definitely be frequenting Brass City Bistro.
The food is fantastic. The portions are huge and the weight staff is great especially Lisa, she takes care of you. The atmosphere is beautiful. What a beautiful restaurant. I’ve been there a few times and it’s never disappointed me. Excellent restaurant! 😊👍
Brass City Bistro. (We’d never been there before but we will be back!) The drinks were superb and the food quantity was amazing. We split one order of the Seabass and seafood special; they even plated it for us separately, so the food on our plate is 1/2 a dish (one dish split), and I still couldn’t finish it! it even came with a salad no one does that anymore. I highly recommend this place especially before a show! But they were a little backed up so get there 5:30 for an 8:00 show. they were busy and we did have to wait for our food but worth it!
Stopped in for lunch Friday, three of us We arrived 4 late lunch, the place is clean, seated in nice full Booth The waiter was very nice. Our food was a bit of everything, Pork osso bucco over risotto w/grilled Asparagus, YUMMY delicious French onion soup w/side salad was perfect. Then there was a chicken "Godfather" order, wow wrapped w/procuitto typed w warm fried crispy onions. We were all very happy w/our lunch choices. 😋 my grandson can take me back here anytime 😊 no photos, 2 busy chatting & eating. Next time
Celebrated my nieces 15th birthday and we were alllll impress with food and service. Our waiter was lisa and she made everything ten times better with her amazing service skills. Food, drinks and desserts were out of this world! Please don't hesitate to try this place out you will love it!
Came specifically for the French onion soup, as it is one of my favorite comfort foods. It did not disappoint! Came during lunch, so it wasn't busy. The food was quick, hot, and delicious. Friendly staff; prompt and polite service.

Let me tell you something, we were not expecting to spend so much money...but wow it was delicious and the portions were massive. This will easily be your leftovers for the next day. Aside from this, the food tastes delicious, and you'll want a second basket of bread because it comes warm, soft, and with oil for dipping. I know you're gonna want an appetizer or dessert, unfortunately, you won't have the room for it because each dish comes with soup/salad aside from easily feeding 2 people on its own. Im telling you now, you're going to want the French onion soup and it's absolute mountain of fried onions on top. Lastly our server was delightful, attentive, and an absolute pleasure. Such a lovely cap to our night.
